HubSpot, even the free edition, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 are available today. Salesforce is coming soon.

What does Bloom AI sync to my CRM?

Every answered call and every meeting recorded in Bloom AI, with its AI recap: summary, key topics, next steps and meetings booked. Recordings, transcripts and scores stay in Bloom AI.

Can I connect several CRMs at once?

No, one CRM per organization. To switch, disconnect the current one from the Integrations section of Bloom AI.

When will Salesforce be available?

No date has been announced yet. Write to us to be notified: our customers' requests set the release order.

Does my data stay in Canada once it's in my CRM?

Not necessarily. Once in your CRM, the recap follows that CRM's hosting and terms. Recordings and transcripts stay in Bloom AI, hosted in Canada.
