At Bloom AI, we are committed to providing a high-performance AI coaching infrastructure to all our clients. To ensure a smooth and reliable experience for everyone, we apply a Fair Usage Policy. Our plans are designed for normal professional use, allowing everyone to fully benefit from the power of AI without impacting the overall quality of service.

These protective thresholds are calculated per user to ensure optimal system availability and consistent analysis quality. Message sending is included with no fixed maximum, within the scope of normal professional use and subject to the same protective principles.

• Standard Plan : This plan includes extended usage up to 1,250 call minutes per user per billing month.
• Professional Plan : Usage is considered unlimited within the scope of standard professional activities. To maintain service stability for all users, a courtesy threshold of 1,700 call minutes per user per month is applied (covering 99.9% of real business needs).
• Enterprise Plan : Capabilities are custom-tailored based on the expected call volume and specific needs of your organization.

Note on calculation : Unused hours are not carryable to the following month. For new users added during the month, the quota is calculated pro-rata based on the remaining days.

Bloom AI's goal is to support sales teams. The following uses are considered abusive and may result in suspension or additional billing:

• Mass automation : Use of the service to transcribe flows from bots, interactive voice response (IVR) servers, or intensive automatic dialing systems (Power Dialers), or to send messages in an automated or mass manner (spam, bot-driven campaigns).
• Account sharing : Using a single license for multiple collaborators to pool transcription hours.
• Non-stop usage : Continuous transcription (24/7) that does not correspond to a standard human work cycle.
• Resale : Reselling or sub-leasing Bloom AI transcription services to third parties.
• Telecom diversion : Using the platform primarily as a generic telephony solution without actual use of coaching and analysis features.
• Illicit or fraudulent use : Use of the Service — calls and messages alike — for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes, including phishing, identity spoofing, distribution of malware, scams, harassment, or any content prohibited by law. Bloom Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate immediately, without notice or refund, any account or usage as soon as such use is identified or reasonably suspected, and to report it to the competent authorities.

• Consumption alert : In case of approaching the cap, a notification will be sent to the account administrator.
• Excess billing : Any overage beyond the set limits will be billed at the standard rate in effect (contact us for the current price list).
• International calls : Calls outside Canada / USA may be blocked by default, subject to manual activation, or billed separately.
• Limitation right : Bloom Inc. reserves the right to temporarily limit bandwidth or suspend access in case of manifest abuse — such as an abnormally high volume of calls or messages — endangering the shared infrastructure.

Integration with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and calendar tools (Google/Outlook) is included according to the specificities of your plan. Third-party fees (CRM APIs, premium connectors, or external operator call fees) remain the responsibility of the client.
