Up and running in three steps

Nothing to install in Dynamics 365. An admin sets it up once, in a few minutes.

  1. Prepare the account

    Pick the Microsoft account that connects Bloom AI and check its role's privileges. The guide lists them.

  2. Connect Dynamics 365

    In the Integrations section of Bloom AI, paste your environment address, then accept the access at Microsoft.

  3. Link your team

    Link each rep to their Dynamics 365 user. Recaps arrive from the next conversation.

Which Bloom AI products work with Dynamics 365?

What exactly reaches Dynamics 365?

One completed activity per conversation, on the right contact record: a phone call for each call, an appointment for each meeting. Each carries the recap (summary, key topics, next steps, meeting booked) and the conversation details (date, duration, rep).

Which plan do I need?

The CRM integration is part of the Professional plan. As a launch offer, it's also included in Standard for a limited time, and it works during your trial.

Do I need to install anything in Dynamics 365?

No. No solution, no column: you connect from Bloom AI, with a Microsoft work account. Bloom AI only uses the standard Dynamics 365 tables: contacts, phone calls and appointments.

Can Bloom AI create duplicates in Dynamics 365?

No. A conversation sent twice shows up only once. And Bloom AI only creates a contact if you have allowed it.

Are leads supported?

Not yet. Bloom AI attaches each conversation to a contact. A number known only from a lead is treated as not in Dynamics 365: the rep picks the contact, or Bloom AI creates it if you have allowed it.

Will my past conversations be sent to Dynamics 365?

No. Only conversations that happen after you connect are sent. Your history stays available in Bloom AI.

What data leaves Bloom AI?

Only the recap and the conversation details. Recordings, transcripts and scores stay in Bloom AI, hosted in Canada.

How do I connect Dynamics 365 to Bloom AI?
