What is a client's memory made of?

Your past exchanges through Bloom AI telephony — calls, messages, notes and commitments made — what Bloom AI kept from them, and the client's public news. Every piece of advice rests on one of those: nothing is invented to fill a gap.

Do we have to switch phone systems to use it?

You can keep your current number and carrier, or activate a new Bloom AI number in minutes. Either way, calls placed and received through the app automatically build the client's memory. Find all the details on the “Calls and Messages” page.

How long before it is up and running?

Creating the workspace and the standard setup take a few minutes, with no phone hardware. The memory itself starts on the first call and grows with every exchange: by the second contact, the advice already accounts for the first.

What happens when a rep leaves the team?

The memory belongs to the client, not to the rep. It stays in your workspace: whoever picks the account up finds the full thread of exchanges and the commitments made, instead of restarting the relationship from zero.

Where is my data hosted? Is it compliant with Quebec's Law 25?
