Setup

Up and running in three steps

An admin prepares your CRM once, then links your team in Bloom AI.

  1. Prepare Boond

    Install the Bloom app from the BoondManager Marketplace and enable it for the role of the account that will connect your team.

  2. Connect Boond

    In the Integrations section of Bloom AI, connect Boond and approve access.

  3. Link your team

    Choose the action type for calls and check each rep’s link to their BoondManager account.

What you need

  • A paid Bloom AI plan or an active trial
  • A BoondManager admin to install the app, then a manager to connect
  • The Bloom app enabled for the connecting BoondManager account’s role

Which Bloom AI products work with Boond?

Cloud Telephony calls, today. Meetings are not synced to Boond for now.

What exactly reaches Boond?

One action per call on the right contact’s record, assigned to the rep: direction, duration, call outcome and AI recap (the call’s thread, topics covered, tasks, meeting booked).

Which plan do I need?

The CRM integration is part of the Professional plan. As a launch offer, it's also included in Standard for a limited time, and it works during your trial.

What do I need to install in Boond?

Install the Bloom app from the BoondManager Marketplace, enable it for the connecting account’s role, and keep an action type enabled for calls. No field to create. The guide details each step.

Can Bloom AI create duplicates in Boond?

No. Every action carries a Bloom reference: when a call’s sending is uncertain, Bloom AI looks for it in BoondManager before sending again, instead of recreating the action. Do not remove this reference or copy it. Bloom AI creates no contact in Boond.

Are candidates and unknown contacts supported?

Candidates are not supported and Bloom AI creates no contact. When the number is unknown, the rep picks the right contact in the app, or an administrator in To handle.

Will my past conversations be sent to Boond?

No. Only conversations that happen after you connect are sent. Your history stays available in Bloom AI.

What data leaves Bloom AI?

Only the recap and the conversation details. Recordings, transcripts and scores stay in Bloom AI, hosted in Canada.

How do I connect Boond to Bloom AI?

An admin prepares Boond, then authorizes the connection from the Integrations section of Bloom AI. The guide covers every step.
