Feature · Call and meeting preparation

Preparation automated before every call and every meeting

The Bloom AI app showing a prepared meeting: objectives, topics to cover and likely objections

Before a call as much as before a meeting, Bloom AI has already read your customer's news, reopened your whole history with them and pulled up what is still open on your side. From that it draws the best reason to call, the likely objections and the questions to ask. Your rep picks up the phone prepared, without having spent a minute on it.

Without Bloom AI · before the call

The call starts. The preparation never happened.

  • The customer's news, never read
  • The objections, discovered live
  • A call, a meeting, run on instinct

How it works

One tap, and the rest follows.

You pick the moment: the night before, or ten seconds before you dial. You tap Prepare, Bloom AI does the work.

  1. Your only move

    You tap Prepare

One button on the customer's card, before a call as much as before a meeting. You never tell it what to look for: Bloom AI starts from what it already knows about this customer.

  2. The ten seconds after

    The AI reads everything

Customer news, the full history of your exchanges, tasks still overdue: Bloom AI finds it all, cross-checks the sources and keeps only what weighs on this exchange. One page, not a file.

  3. Before you dial or walk in

    The brief is ready

The best reason to call, the topics to cover, the questions to ask, the likely objections: two minutes of reading and your rep knows what to say, and above all what to ask. They dial, or they walk in, on familiar ground.

Customer news

Their news, already read for you.

Funding round, hiring, product launch, a new leader: Bloom AI reads your customer's public news and keeps only what matters for this exchange. You talk about what is on their desk today, not three months ago — and you have a real reason to call them now.

  • What has moved on their side since you last spoke
  • The best reason to call them today

Customer history

Your exchanges, already reopened.

The budget confirmed in March, the demo promised to their team, the revised quote never sent: Bloom AI reads back your calls, messages and notes with this customer and surfaces what is not settled. You pick the conversation up where it stopped.

  • Months of exchanges, summed up in three lines
  • What you promised, never forgotten

Objections and questions

Their objections, seen before they are.

A quote never sent, a follow-up forgotten: Bloom AI pulls up what is dragging on your side, works out the objections they will raise given their context and gives you the best answer to each. It adds the open questions that move the deal forward, written for their situation: another need, another team, a budget on its way.

  • Every likely objection, with the answer to give
  • Open questions to go and win more business

The brief

The context, then the words.

Bloom AI does not stop at context. Every preparation — a call or a meeting — produces a short brief: an opening worth using, the open questions to ask, the likely objections and the talk track to hold, so the rep leaves with a clear next step.

  • The reason to call, then the questions to ask
  • A clear talk track, never a script

From the contact card

Ten seconds, wherever you are.

You open the customer's card and tap Prepare. Bloom AI rereads everything it knows about them and hands the brief back before you have dialed.

10 seconds

  • Before you dial

You are calling in two minutes and nothing is prepared. The brief lands before it rings.

  • Two days ahead

You simply want to get back into the file before the meeting, calmly. Same gesture, same brief.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the information in the preparation come from?

From three sources, and three only: the customer's public news, the full history of your exchanges through Bloom AI telephony, and the tasks still open in your workspace. Every element of the brief — the reason to call, the objections, the questions — comes from one of them; nothing is invented to fill a gap.

Do I have to change phone systems to use it?

The preparation builds on calls placed or received through Bloom AI telephony: that is what rebuilds the history with nothing for the rep to do. No dedicated hardware — an internet connection and the app are enough, with unlimited inbound and outbound calls, within the fair use policy set out in our legal terms. Your workspace is created in a few minutes, and the preparation gets richer with every call.

Does it prepare calls, or only meetings?

Both, with the same gesture. For a meeting, Bloom AI prepares the objectives, the topics to cover and the questions to ask. For a call, it adds what is missing when nobody is expecting you: the best reason to call right now, drawn from the customer's news and your past exchanges, and the likely objections given their context, with the answer to give to each.

Where is my data hosted? Is it compliant with Quebec's Law 25?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and hosted in Canada. Bloom AI complies with GDPR and Quebec's Law 25; guaranteed data residency is available on the Enterprise plan.

Does my rep have to follow the recommendations?

No, and that is the whole point. The brief is a starting point, not a script: the questions, the angle and the order stay theirs. Bloom AI saves them the research, never the conversation.

How is this different from a market-intelligence tool or a CRM?

A watch tool surfaces articles, a CRM stores records: either way it is still on the rep to connect the two, the night before the meeting. Bloom AI makes that connection — the news, the history and the open tasks come out as one brief, ready to use.
